ARMY NATIONAL GUARD TO ARMY RESERVE
Are you serving in the Army National Guard and interested in transferring into the Army Reserve?
Your service is valued and appreciated in any component!
If you are interested in exploring positions in the Army Reserve below is the easy process we would follow together!
Step 1
We work together to find the best position for you in the Army Reserve you qualify for.
Step 2
We put together an application packet with your military bio, the last few OERs/NCOERs, and the release paperwork to send to the new unit commander to have you accepted into the position.
Step 3
Once we have the signed transfer form and letter of acceptance from the new unit commander back. I will email them to you to submit the packet up through your current unit requesting your release. This process can take 30-90 days depending on your command.
Step 4
Once your release packet makes it to the state TAG G1 office it will be reviewed for signature by the G1 and your release documents will be generated.

Since the National Guard and Army Reserve use the same system, you will be transferred directly into your new Army Reserve unit!
