BECOME AN ARMY RESERVE DRILL SERGEANT

Army Reserve Drill Sergeants are vetted, selected, and trained the same way as active-duty Drill Sergeants. After they're certified, they serve as regular drilling soldiers, serving one weekend a month and two weeks a year. There are always multiple opportunities to serve on Active Duty orders to train recruits as often as wanted!

ACCELERATED PROMOTION TO SERGEANT!

All Specialists and Corporals who are accepted into the program will be scheduled for BLC as soon as they transfer in, then scheduled for the DS course shortly after.
The DS Program also has accelerated promotions to Sergeant with promotion boards held every month!

FASTEST WAY TO STAFF SERGEANT!

We all know that the Army promotes those who go above and beyond and what better way to do that than by training our nation's next generation of future leaders! You only need 12 months between Sergeant and Staff Sergeant to submit your promotion packet and you will stand out well beyond your peers having served with prestige as an Army Reserve Drill Sergeant!

$10,000 CASH BONUS!

If you previously served in the Active Army or on AGR and are now in the Army IRR you could qualify for a $10,000 cash bonus to serve four years as an Army Reserve Drill Sergeant, plus extra incentive pay!
